Boris is the perfect combination of gentle sprit, high intelligence and trusted family companion, which are essential attributes to pass on to his offspring. We believe his puppies will excel in AKC events, such as conformation, obedience, agility, tracking, and rally. Boris exemplifies the true nature of Golden Retriever’s and is the cornerstone of our breeding program..
Boris has a rich cream coat, large bone, strong (blocky) head, excellent pigment, great structure, and a pleasant temperament, making him a sound representation of the Golden Retriever breed standard.
Boris (aka Dior) was bred by Patricia Nowak of Szczesliwy Slon in Poland and raised and shown by Anastasia Bobchenko of Amore Veritas Kennel in Ukraine. Boris came to live with us after he earned his Junior Champion of Republic of Bulgaria and completed his hips – elbows – heart (ECHO) and eye tests.
Boris has an exceptional pedigree featuring many notable dogs. His sire is YES, Sir Oligarchia (Champion of Poland and Romania and The Best Stud Dog of Poland). His grandsires are Jako’s Nordic Charm (2010 Best of Breed at Crufts, Most Winning Golden Retriever in Norway 2007 & 2009 and Top Stud Dog in Norway), and Bonett Bride Double Decker ( Multi JCH, Multi CH, European Winner 2011 + BOB). His Great Grandsires are Int. Sh. Ch. (C.I.E.), PL Ch., VDH (Dt) Ch. Dewmist Silk Symphony PL Junior Ch., Baltic Winner '05, and Int. Sh. Ch , Int. Ch , Lux/Dk/Dt-VDH/Swiss/Fr.
